Avocado Egg Salad

YUM!  This was so delicious!  This is a balanced acid-alkaline recipe!

Ingredients:
2 hard boiled eggs (organic, free range)
1 avocado
2 stalks celery
olive oil
basil
sea salt

Cut up the eggs, avocado and celery and place into a bowl.
Pour olive oil over it as much as you want.  I was pretty generous.
Sprinkle on some dried basil, and sea salt
Mix together and enjoy!
