Hi there! I am the mother of a wonderful twelve-year-old boy. I have a doctorate in Holistic Natural Health and Nutrition, and am a certified Natural Health and Holistic Nutrition Consultant. Both my son and I have used special diets as major parts of our healing journeys and to maintain a vibrant state of health. Through our journeys I have gone from a person who could not cook at all to someone who takes great pride in cooking and creating natural food meals for my family to eat. We have followed all of the diets listed at the top of this blog at one time or another. I created this blog in gratitude to all of the wonderful people who have shared their recipes in blogs and cookbooks, which have been invaluable to me in feeding and caring for my family in the best way that I know how.
